Bright
Lemon, pressed until the bowl tastes like sunlight on a tiled terrace.
Our story
It began at a long table: bowls passed hand to hand, bread torn rather than cut, and a salad that had to be eaten the moment it was dressed. Fattoush lives on contrast — sharp lemon, wine-dark sumac, and herbs that stay vivid in the bowl.
We bottled that contrast. Small batches, six honest ingredients, and a recipe made to be shaken, poured, and shared.

Lemon, pressed until the bowl tastes like sunlight on a tiled terrace.
No. 02
Sumac and pomegranate molasses — the sour-sweet snap fattoush is known for.
No. 03
A crush of mint and garlic that stays green and alive, even after the toss.
Our first bottle is a fattoush dressing, built on lemon, sumac, and slow-cooked pomegranate molasses. It dresses salads, wakes up charred vegetables, and makes a quick marinade for chicken or fish. Every ingredient is plant-based, so it belongs on every plate.
Learn the ways it can find its way onto your table.
The dressingThe ritual
The molasses settles. Wake the bottle before you pour.
Pour while the leaves are still crisp and cold.
Toasted pita shards go in at the last second.
Fattoush waits for no one. Bring it to the table.
We love hearing from the table. Whether you have a question, want to stock a bottle, or just want to tell us what you dressed tonight, we're here.
